Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1/1/2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at events hosted by Fermenters Events LLC (“Event Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.

Age Requirement
All events are strictly 21 years of age and over. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry. Failure to present valid ID will result in denied entry without refund.

All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, personal conflicts, weather, or failure to attend.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual prior to the event in accordance with the ticketing platform’s policies. No refunds will be issued for transferred or unused tickets. The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transfer details.

Event Modifications and Force Majeure
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify event details at any time, including but not limited to date, time, location, participating vendors, entertainment, and format. The Event Organizer shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government orders, public health concerns, labor disputes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, tickets may be honored for a rescheduled event or converted to credit at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the event is voluntary and at your own risk. You acknowledge that the event involves alcohol consumption, large crowds, and potential hazards. You assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Event Organizer, venue, sponsors, vendors, partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your attendance or participation in the event.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your conduct, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the event.

Responsible Conduct and Alcohol Service
You agree to consume alcohol responsibly. The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse service to any individual and to remove any attendee who is intoxicated, disorderly, or poses a risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

No Additional Alcohol Purchases
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, attendees may not purchase additional tasting samples beyond what is included with their ticket.

Entry, Security, and Timing
Attendees are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their designated entry time to allow for ID verification, security screening, and line management. The Event Organizer is not responsible for delays due to late arrival.

Photography and Media Release
By attending the event, you grant the Event Organizer the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute your image, likeness, voice, or appearance in photographs, video, or other media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

Prohibited Conduct
The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual without refund for illegal activity, possession of prohibited items, disorderly conduct, failure to comply with event rules, or behavior that may endanger others.

Food and Vendors
Food may be available for purchase from third-party vendors. The Event Organizer is not responsible for food quality, allergens, or vendor conduct.

Parking and Transportation
Parking is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Attendees are encouraged to use rideshare or alternative transportation methods.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Event Organizer regarding the event and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
